RAK mall to be completed by Q1 2010

Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Hamra Mall will be 100% operational with all shops rented out by the first quarter of 2010, Al Hamra Real Estate has said.

The managing entity behind Al Hamra Village announced that the mall’s food court and entertainment zone are now being completed.

"Al Hamra Mall focuses on becoming a centre for RAK's community," said Al Hamra Real Estate general manager Ayoob Al Faraj.

Al Hamra Mall is the first shopping mall in Jazeera Al Hamra, which is home to RAK Ceramics, the free zone of RAK Investment Authority and local property developer Rakeen, with its landmark projects Al Marjan Island and Bab Al Bahr.

"Al Hamra Mall has been rated by many international visitors as one of the most beautiful malls in the UAE, appreciating the interior design reflecting traditional Arabic style,” added Al Hamra Real Estate managing director Khater Massaad.
