Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, has launched the last phase of its Shorooq community in Mirdif, Dubai, which consists of 1,428 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
“The launch of the last phase of Shorooq Mirdif is testament to the project’s success in meeting the market demand for affordable and quality family accommodation. Shorooq is now a thriving and dynamic community that delivers a diverse range of real estate options from studio apartments to four bedroom villas,” said DPG group CEO Khalid Al Malik.
The DPG subsidiary Salwan Property Management is responsible for managing and leasing the units, taking itas current portfolio up to more than 14,000 residential and commercial units across Dubai.

Rents in Mirdiff
in Mridiff,With 70000 you can get 2 bedroom town house type attached villas with a small private garden and maid room.
Plus nuisance of low flying planes.

Hi Mukul,
I can't help with sq ft but prices are as follows: AED49,000 for a studio, AED65,000 for a one-bedroom and AED79,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
