The commercial building will be completed next year.
Tameer’s Silver Tower has been topped off with its final floor and roof, marking the completion of the project structure works, it has been announced.
The tower, which will consist of 260 offices once completed, now stands at 31-storeys and 148 metres in height.
“Tameer continues to deliver on its milestones and projects and maintains a comfortable lead position in today’s market through demonstrated results,” said Tameer chief development officer John Zwets.
Silver Tower, located at Dubai Business Bay, will offer a health club, 748 parking spaces and retail outlets, spread across an area of 65,000m2.
Construction is progressing on schedule, according to Zwets, and the entire development is expected to be completed next year.
