Dubai Mall
I would nominate the Dubai Mall Project, as the magnitude and the horizontally nature of the project, makes it a real challenge, in terms of constructability and from s logistical point of view. Add to that the special features which required careful planning to shift & construct, for instance the acrylic panels used to build the biggest viewing panel in the world [Dubai Aquarium], is basically 10 pieces each is 25 tons and 80cms thick, and needs to be welded at site in a process that took three months in a special tent that need to be temperate controlled above 90C.

The Dubai Metro
definitely scores over all other construction projects due to its usefulness to thousands of commuters,enhancing the beauty of our marvellous city of Dubai and above all immaculate planning ang execution of this difficult project well in a very short period of time.

Hangzhou Bay Bridge, at 35km in length, is an impressive feat and has practical value. Burj Al Arab is stunning to look and has helped market Dubai to world. Palm not on my personal list due to impact on marine environment.

No doubts! THE DUBAI METRO - the first, as it made global history on 09/09/09, and added an awesome experience in life of a common man. Second, undoubtedly - The Burj Dubai - The Landmark of Dubai, Third - Burj Al Arab, The Mall of Emirates, Dubai Airport, and so on......
