Structural work has been completed on Park Towers, Damac Properties has announced.
The final concrete pour on the project, located in Dubai International Financial Centre, marks the eighth project to be completed by Damac in one year.
The 46-floor dual-tower development, designed by Gensler, is due to be handed over later this year.
“In recent months, the construction staffs here have been working at a rate of completing one floor every five days. So I would like to thank them for this tremendous team effort,” said Damac general manager Ziad El Chaar.
“We have made it very clear that we will be continuing in 2010 with a focus on construction and delivery, and milestones like this one help us to show that we are committed to this.”
Park Towers will offer 500 apartments, three levels of retail and seven levels of offices.
External glass and aluminium cladding works are progressing.
