New brand identity for Memon

The international, multi-billion dollar Memon Group – with strong ties to real estate development – has unveiled its new 'Shaikhani Group' brand identity.
"We are pleased to announce our new corporate name, 'Shaikhani Group', which represents our evolving strategy to further leverage the property, construction, manufacturing and trading sectors in the region as it undergoes an exemplary recovery phase," said chairman Abu Baker Shaikhani, who went on to explain that the move was in line with its strategy for regional growth of 10 to 15% in 2010.
"We needed to develop a brand identity that has a universal appeal and is in line with the personality and interests of our group, to maximise our legacy spanning over three decades,” continued Shaikhani.
“The challenge in the current economic climate is to ensure that the message regarding the development cuts through to customers, partners, investors and end-users, and generates significant interests among them."
Memon Investments has projects all over the globe, including developments in Dubai Sports City and Jumeirah Village.
