Transguard wins FM contracts with Emaar and MAF

Transguard’s facilities management division is to provide 160 security guards across the full portfolio of Emaar hotels and clubs such as The Address, Montgomery Golf Club and Arabian Ranches Polo Club.

Transguard now provides a range of FM services to Emaar Hospitality, including the security, kitchen stewards and public area cleaning services for the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa.

The latest contract is alone worth AED5.5 million annually.

Transguard’s FM division has also been awarded a major contract from Majid Al Futtaim Properties for the full security service provision at the Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre properties.

These two flagship retail malls will require a total deployment of around 180 security personnel.
