Pearl Qatar employ Larch Consulting

The Pearl Qatar has employed UK based firm Larch Consulting to develop an FM space strategy and operational delivery model for the buildings where the operational staff will be based.

Commenting on the recent news, David Cannon, general manager of operations at The Pearl Qatar, a development by United Development Company, said: “The FM Accommodation is absolutely vital in assisting in the delivering and reaching the expectations of high quality service delivery to our customers.”

The FM accommodation will house around 500 staff.

“This is one important piece of the jigsaw, which must be fully planned and developed,” explained Cannon.

“It needs to be constructed piece by piece to ensure total and seamless integration of facility management services to our customers.”
