Realty Capital Middle East FZ LLC has competed the concrete casting of the 30th floor slab of its i-Rise office tower project in TECOM site C.

This brings the tower closer to an expected completion date of November 2010.

“Realty Capital has worked really hard with the contractors to ensure that the project stays on track despite the challenges that have been experienced in the region and across the world,” said Marwan Mansour, the CEO of Realty Capital.

“When we started this project, we vowed to protect the interest of all investors and stakeholders in one of Dubai’s most prestigious business towers”.

I-Rise office tower will be 36 floors high and contain offices as well as retail space on the ground floor.

Electromechanical work is now underway on floors up to level 27. Aluminum cladding is being placed externally on floors up to level 25.
