Sunset Hills claims work is on track

Sunset Hills, one of the components of the Al Areen master project in Bahrain, is on track, with 80% of construction work completed, according to its developer.

Ahmed Habib, head of sales and leasing at Sunset Hills, said in a statement: “Sunset Hills is going as per plan and schedule with the new design. With more than 80% of the construction completed, we are delivering as promised to our investors and unit owners.”

Once done, Sunset Hills will house 300 real estate units, including villas, townhouses and flats. So far, 50% of the project has been sold.

Al Areen is a US $1.3 billion development spread over an area of 2 million m². It includes residential units, a hotel and a water park. The Formula One track, equestrian facilities and a wildlife park are nearby.

Sunset Hills is one of two Abu Dhabi Investment House projects within Al Areen. The other, Al Areen Homes, is described as a luxury villa development.
