Private investment firm Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) has the appointed Ali Tabbal as deputy CFO, starting this month.
Ali has covered several industry sectors gained in the US and the Gulf over 16 years.
After early stints at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and auditor Arthur Andersen’s Corporate Finance Practice he served as the Group chief financial officer for Dubai Holding, an investment holding company based in Dubai that has been the subject of rumours of a merge with developer Emaar Properties.

During his tenure with Dubai Holding, he was responsible for the group’s strategy and financial planning, financial reporting and group wide treasury areas as well as ensuring compliance with corporate governance and group policies.
Shadi Sanbar, KHC’s CFO and a member of its Investment Committee commented, “Ali will be an excellent addition to the management team as he will be bringing with him his extensive experience and an impressive track record. I welcome him on board.”
Ali has a bachelor of science degree in economics and holds a Masters Degree in financial economics.
