Arabtec has been awarded the contract to build the new DAMAC Heights tower at Dubai Marina

DAMAC Properties today announced that the main contract for its AED 500m DAMAC Heights project at Dubai Marina has been awarded to Arabtec.
The contract was signed this week and construction is expected to start on site as soon as Zetas Foundation Technology has competed enabling works.
The 90-storey DAMAC Heights tower will be one of the company’s most iconic projects, overlooking the Palm Jumeriah and situated within walking distance of another DAMAC flagship construction project, Ocean Heights - which is also being constructed by Arabtec. Work on Ocean Heights is due for completion later this year.
The tower will eventually offer 600 luxury apartments and is expected to include a private cinema, personal gynamsium, indoor swimming pool, jet spa and sauna. DAMAC Heights will also encompass the very latest technology in its heating, lighting and cooling systems and will include state of the art family leisure facilities.
