The Middle East Waste Summit 2010 (MEWS) will be hosted at The Palladium, Dubai Media City, it has been announced.
The event will provide a platform to for companies to share strategies, explore global best practice and find companies who can deliver innovative waste management solutions in the region.
"The fact that the MEWS has chosen Palladium further underlines the excellent and unique facilities we have, which can be adapted to meet the needs of all customers. We hope this is the first of many events of this kind to take advantage of our venue," said The Palladium CEO Raymond Gasper.

The conference, running from 18-20 May, will also feature an exhibition showcasing the latest industry solutions and services.
"With recycling and green issues at the heart of all construction and domestic issues in the UAE, this summit will help the country forge ahead with solutions to manage the growing waste problem. The Palladium as the ideal venue to host the summit as the diversity of the complex allows us to meet all the delegates and exhibitors' needs," said Chris Fountain, managing director of Turret Middle East, the host of the event.
