In the centre pages of Issue 138 I am pleased to see that you have shown one of the best examples of external blockwork quality as an example of what contractors in the UAE could emulate.
The contractor responsible should be very proud of his work, the consultants confident in the design of the blockwork panels to resist the wind loading imposed on a multi-storey building, the supervisors for ensuring the quality of construction complies with the regulations and standards, and the client happy in getting the best quality construction for his money.
