Emaar's Naganandh Muthulakshmanan, Young Facilities Manager of the year

Emaar’s Naganandh Muthulakshmanan was recognised as the best young facilities manager for the year at last night’s Facilities Management Middle East awards in Dubai.

Muthulakshmanan, who is assistant manager of communities management for Dubai Marina for the developer giant, caps a very successful first 18 months in the Emirate.

“I’m excited,” he told reporters simply. “It’s been such a good year so far for the company and things are really moving in the right direction.

“It’s really nice that our work is recognised. The Marina is one of the biggest in the world with 220 towers and it’s turned into a very lively community.”
