Emaar to launch new Jordanian apartments

Emaar International Jordan will complete construction on a new group of apartments by 2011, the developer has announced.

The Mediterranean styled units, to be launched tomorrow, will be located in Emaar’s Rift Living in the Samarah Dead Sea Resort.

The first phase of apartments, within the development, is being completed and will be ready for handover at the end of September.

"The first three buildings of Rift Living in the residential gated community of Samarah Rift are scheduled for hand over later this year. The delivery of this first phase of apartments is a testament to Emaar's promise to offering affordable luxury lifestyle living to their customers across the region. Early buyers can also benefit from flexible payment terms," said Emaar International Jordan general manager Peter Titus.

Potential customers can choose from the one, two and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 76m² to 148m².

Community amenities include walkways, swimming pools, beach, gym and shopping and dining facilities at the Samarah Rift Retail Village, which is scheduled to start construction shortly.
