Khidmah has won the facilities services contract to manage MAG214, part of the Jumeirah Lake Towers project in Dubai.

The Abu-Dhabi based company signed the agreement with MAG Group Property Development after offering services that would reduce the fixed costs of the contract by 40% from the previous year.

“With our focus to provide good quality services for a low price, we are very confident about our ongoing expansion in Dubai and growth across the UAE. The addition of MAG214 to the portfolio of developments we manage not only confirms our strong emerging position in the Dubai market, but also represents a step forward for residents of the tower,” said Khidmah CEO Sutton Turner.

Khidmah will provide a package of services to the common areas of MAG214 including cleaning, MEP, landscaping, security with licensed security guards, pool maintenance, civil works and pest control.

Other projects in the company’s portfolio include Sas Al Nakhl Village Khalidiya Village and commercial units in Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi.
