Jeddah Gate scooped two major awards at Cityscape Jeddah.

The massive mixed-use development, worth some US$1.6 billion, won best residential project and best urban design, netting Emaar two of its three awards in Jeddah.
The developer also won best built commercial and retail project for the King Abdullah Economic City, a massive project jointly undertaken with the Saudi Binladen Group close to Jeddah’s commercial centre.
Hayat Mall, by developers Alandus, took best commercial category for built development, while best future commercial development went to Khozam Palace regeneration project by the Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company.
The awarding ceremony took place following the opening day of the Cityscape Jeddah exhibition which is being held at the Jeddah Centre for Forum & Events today until Wednesday.
