Manama's construction industry will get a boost with the two new villa developments.

Bahrain’s Manara Developments Company has launched two new separate housing developments worth BHD8m (AED78m).
The two developments, Tubli Gardens in Manama and Kenaz Al Bahrain in Qadam are part of a wider plan by the company to develop eight housing projects in the Kingdom.
The two developments comprise of 79 housing units that are due for completion within 18 months.
Tubli Gardens will consist of 27 villas each with three bedroom, two kitchen (internal and external), three bathrooms, parking for two cars and space for a swimming pool in the back yard.
The villas are being built with the future provision of a third floor in mind should owners wish to extend their houses at a later date.
The Kenaz Al Bahrain community will be built back from the intersection of the Budaiya and Sheikh Salmon Highways in Qadam. The community includes a mix of detached and semi-detached villas with three-bedrooms (plus maid’s room) and are tailored to the Bahraini market with privacy and security key design features. The community will have a convenience store, urban meeting spaces – and is designed with the family in mind.
Kenaz Al Bahrain totals 93,085m2, with 65,159m2 set aside for development.
