Contractors with an eye on the construction of new headquarters for the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research have just over a month to prepare their submissions.

The organisation was established 40 years ago and has since grown in its scope so needs a larger headquarters to house staff.

The Institute conducts scientific research and studies for national industry; offers consultancy services to the government and national organisations; and has comprehensive presence in the food resources, water, oil and petroleum, and environment and urban development fields.

Contractors must have their submissions, along with the KWD2,500 ($8,700) fee, by October 17.
