Position Description
Saudi Aramco seeks an experienced Contract Advisor to join its Project Management team.

The Project Management Organization designs and constructs numerous multi-billion dollar mega projects as well as many other oil & gas projects. Some of these mega projects include the Shaybah NGL Program, the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center, Wasit Gas Program, the Manifa Gas Program, Karan Program and the Ras Tanura Refinery Expansion Project.

Project Management manages and executes projects from multiple offices geographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minimum Requirements
Education: BS Engineering or Business discipline. MBA is desirable.

A minimum of 10 years in business primarily involved with development and administration of engineering and/or construction contracts in the petroleum or related industry.

A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work or contact with auditing, accounting, and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable. A high level of fluency in oral and written English is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Expected to take the lead in all tasks relating to contract procurement cycle including, but not limited to, developing, maintaining and administrating all types of contracts.
• Assist in feasibility studies to determine viable contractual options.
• Coordinate with the other concerned organizations in the procurement of contracts.
• Assist in developing the scope of work and other contractual schedules as required.
• Work on statistical reports pertaining to contracting activities and negotiate with contractors.
• Initiate guidelines, coordinate activities and provide technical expertise to assure the proper and timely development and/or maintenance and administration of contracts.
