Position Description
We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to join our project management team.

The Project Management Organization manages the design and construction of numerous multi-billion dollar projects as well as many other oil and gas projects. Some of these mega projects include the Shaybah NGL Program, the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center, Wasit Gas Program, the Manifa Gas Program, Karan Program and the Ras Tanura Refinery Expansion Project.

We are located in multiple offices across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minimum Requirements

You are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with seven years of related experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• You will be required to perform the following:
• Manage the design and or study of mechanical modification to oil processing, oil handling and utility facilities.
• Execute capital projects in accordance with their scope, schedule and budget.
• Take responsibility for project development from preliminary engineering to detail designs, to construction and the final turnover to the proponent.
• Develop and prepare contracting plans and strategy for funding appropriation and approval, solicitation, evaluation and eventual award of contracts for detailed engineering, procurement and construction.
• Manage contractors as they prepare the detailed design drawings, material specifications and procurement, and/or construction bid packages.
• Coordinate activities and resolve issues amongst proponents, contractors and other parties ensuring that construction activities progress according to scope, schedule and budget.
