The greatest challenge of the Sales Planning and Control team is to establish short, mid and long term sales strategies, budgets and formulate middle-long term forecasts, translate the mid long term strategies into certain action plans in close collaboration with the sales division. In addition, this team is also responsible for the follow-up and the eventual assistance with sales results.
Job function
- Establish budgets and formulate medium to long-term forecast
- Analyzing internal data, market results, market progress, competition analysis, models and introduction plans
- Working closely with DAME sales division and distributors as well as EMEA Headquarter in Europe
- Develop and Implement methods and systems that provide more efficient sales prognoses- Follow up and analyzing sales results
- Occasionally providing support for local distributors on specific campaigns and sales projects.
As an ideal candidate for this challenge, you have a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Economy, Commercial Engineering, or related areas - ideally complemented by a first international experience. Evidently, candidates for this position must have a passion for facts and figures and experience in budget-related issues. You combine in-depth analytical skills and your preference for statistics with an easy disposition. Although no real concrete sales is expected from you, you have a clear commercial flair and a good insight into sales channels.
Working with PC systems (MS Office and absolutely Excel) presents no problems for you at all and you are able to cope with stress. You are open minded, organized. Teamspirit and good communication skills are required for this function. You are prepared to frequent short business travel regionally and internationally. Excellent written and spoken English.
