Housing Services Manager should hold an academic degree, has worked previously in the same role providing housing services for all kind of employees (labors, staff, managers, senior managers and western expats),
- At least 10 years experience in same field
- Able to manage different locations of Riyadh
- Able to deliver different levels of service ( laborer camp - buildings for bachelor staff and families - hotel wings for senior management - compound villas for executives and GMs )
- Has managerial and planning skills
- High follow up skills because of the repeated coordination with recruitment dept , to prepare the accommodation for new comers . - Bachelor degree is a must, MBA is an advantage.
- GCC Experience is desired.
