our Client an International Engineering Consultancy is currently looking for a SecretaryAdmin Assistant to be based in their Abu Dhabi for a temporary period of one month. In such a role your responsibilities will include, but not limited to
Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
Coordinate office management activities for the administrator, executive or commission
Research, compile, assimilate, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents, and brief the administrator or executive regarding content
Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organise documents handle some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the administrator or executive and staff.
Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which are priority matters, and alert the administrator or executive accordingly. Make referrals to appropriate staff or provides requested information
Inform others of the administrator's or executive's position on issues
Act as liaison between the administrator or executive, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments
Produce a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form
Update administrator or executive on status of issues before scheduled meetings
Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences take minutes and keep records of proceedings
Plan and coordinate arrangements for professional conferences
Review, proofread, and edit documents prepared for the administrator's or executive's signature
To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate with at least five years of experience in AdminSecretarial Roles. You must be a native English speaker, with excellent computer skills. Knowledgeexperience within ConstructionEngineering Field is an advantage.
