Scope	\|	The project calls for expansion of Al Qurayyat Airport. The project covers the expansion of passenger terminal and building a new terminal for VIP. In addition to that, the expansion will also include construction of a new terminal for first-class passengers and the related facilities.
Schedule	\|	Ten contractors are submitted bids for the main construction contract. Bids are under evaluation. An award for the main construction contract is expected to be in 1st quarter of 2011.
