Scope	\|	The project calls for construction Masdar City Headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The building has a system to produce energy, eliminate carbon emissions as well as reduce liquid and solid waste.
Schedule	\|	Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture Co. was awarded the design contract in 2008. Louis Berger Group is the project manager and Environmental Systems Design, Inc. is the mechanical, electrical, and plumping consultant engineer. Al Jaber Group has started enabling works & foundations package in May 2009. The deadline for bids submission for the main construction contract is 31st May 2009. A joint venture of Al-Ahmadiah and Hip Hing is one of the pre-qualifiers. The headquarters building is expected to be completed by end of 2010.
