The scope of work covers the maintenance of designated facilities in the Permanent Community Areas located within the Jubail Industrial City. The scope of the services shall include but is not limited to all buildings and structures, electrical and mechanical installations of the buildings such as internal water supply system, sewage, plumbing, fixtures, equipment, furnishings and appliances, HVAC systems, fire protection and fire alarm systems.
