Mixed-use operator Kerten Hospitality has opened its first Ouspace in the Middle East, with the launch of offices and a business club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Located in the Bakheet headquarters, Ouspace Bakheet is an 850m² facility offering office spaces for entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote employees and corporate businesses of all sizes.

The facility will feature two floors comprising a business lounge, meeting zones and event rooms, as well as multi-purpose social areas and a cafeteria.

Kerten Hospitality also confirmed that members at Ouspace Bakheet will soon be able to benefit from hotel discounts at a new property named The House Hotel Jeddah, which will be operated by Kerten Hospitality and is set to open in Q4 2019.

Commenting on the opening, Kerten Hospitality CEO Marloes Knippenberg said: “As the largest economy in the Middle East and North Africa, with GDP forecast to grow by 2% this year, Saudi Arabia is becoming an increasingly attractive base for multinationals, small businesses and start-ups seeking to do business in the Middle East.”

Kerten Hospitality added that there are another 10 Ouspace developments in the pipeline including upcoming openings in MENA cities such as Cairo, Dubai, Marrakech and Riyadh.
