UAE property developer Seven Tides has partnered with the Dubai Heights Academy school to launch a promotion for its Seven Residences the Palm development.

As part of the promotion, investors who purchase property at the Seven Residences the Palm development will receive free tuition at Dubai Heights Academy.

Investors have the option to buy studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments at the Palm Jumeirah development.

Prices for studios start from $204,000 (AED 751,000) and three bedroom apartments will be priced at $1m (AED 3.8m).

Construction work on Seven Residences the Palm started in September 2018, with an estimated completion date of Q3 2020.

Commenting on the promotion, Seven Tides CEO Abdulla Bin Sulayem said: “This is an excellent opportunity for serious investors to purchase a contemporary and stylish apartment in one of the most sought-after locations in Dubai at a competitive price point."

He added: [This is] with the added benefit of receiving free education for one child for the next academic year at one of the leading British curriculum teaching schools in the UAE.”
