Hotel chain Marriott International is set to bring its Delta Hotels brand to the Middle East for the first time with the opening of a property in Dubai.

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach will be a 45-story tower property, which will include 360 rooms and several F&B outlets, as well as 145m2 of event space and an outdoor pool.

Commenting on the opening, Marriott International president and managing director for the Middle East and Africa, Alex Kyriakidis, said the brand has “immense growth potential” in the region.

“Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach Dubai will deliver on this promise [growth potential] by providing a full complement of streamlined services in a simple and straightforward way offering both choice and flexibility,” said Kyriakidis.

“Its strategic location, offers our guests the perfect way to discover the city in a manner that makes travel seamless and always enjoyable.”
