Emaar rolls out holiday home platform with South Beach in Dubai

The developer's South Beach will be the first waterfront development to be listed on the "game changing" Ease by Emaar

Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Dubai Financial Market-listed (DFM) real estate developer Emaar Propertiesled by founder and chairman Mohamed Alabbar, has rolled out ‘Ease by Emaar’ — a short-term rental concept in Dubai, with the developer referring to the new venture as a “a game-changing holiday homes concept”.

The developer also launched its residential beachfront development, ‘South Beach’ in Emaar Beachfront, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with facilities such as swimming pool, fitness centre, and play areas for children.

According to the company, South Beach will be the first waterfront development to be listed on Ease by Emaar platform, which will provide several amenities to visitors including unlimited Wi-Fi, on-demand Google Smart Home devices such as Chromecasts.

The developer Ease Pass will make it easy for visitors to get deals to Dubai’s major attractions including At The Top, Burj Khalifa, and Reel Cinemas.

Ease by Emaar also provides property management service, including property setup, reservations management, guest hosting, housekeeping, maintenance, and government licensing services.
