CW Awards 2019: Residential Project of the Year shortlist unveiled
Eight residential projects have made the shortlist for the 2019 Construction Week Awards, which will take place on 4 December
The shortlisted nominees for the Residential Project of the Year category at the 2019 Construction Week Awards have been confirmed.
The Residential Project of the Year will go to the project that has added significantly to its built environment – in terms of the quality of its design, build, its location and its fit with the surrounding area.
Among the shortlist is eight projects across the Middle East, including Brewer Smith Brewer Group for delivering the BLVD Crescent residential in Downtown Dubai and Deyaar Development for the Atria Residential Tower.
The third nominee is Edge Architects for its lead consultant involvement for the 1/JBR residential project, while the Dubai World Trade Centre’s Expo Village project has also been nominated.
U+A have also made the shortlist for its Midtown Development in Dubai and Sobha Realty for its involvement in phase one of the Hartland Greens project.
The remainder of the shortlist comprises Atkins for the development of the masterplan city – The Pulse – in Dubai South, and ALEC for The Residence at Marina Gate I and II, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.
