Dubai-based advisory firm Arzan Wealth has successfully advised its client on the sale of a Class A office building in the Hague, The Netherlands, achieving strong returns for investors.

The property was built in 2000 and serves as the headquarters of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO), a unit of the Dutch Government. The asset is a Class A building comprising of 13,635 sq m office space and is located in a prime location in the centre of the Dutch capital, The Hague.

The building was acquired in November 2017 as part of Arzan Wealth’s yielding asset platform with an objective of producing an average annual yield of eight percent to investors, and an IRR of around 10 percent per annum.

Arzan Wealth acted as the sub strategic advisor on the exit of the investment, at a price that has generated a net IRR of around 13.50 percent for investors, inclusive of the eight percent per annum monthly yield payments that were distributed during the holding period.

Muhannad Abulhasan, CEO of Arzan Wealth said: “I am very pleased that we have been able to greatly exceed the returns projected to investors on this transaction. Arzan Wealth is registered at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

Arzan Wealth currently advises various professional clients on real estate, private equity and other investments with a total value of assets advised around $1.89 billion.
