CW Awards Oman 2020: Engineer of the Year shortlist named
Three engineers have made the cut for the CW Oman Awards 2020 Engineer of the Year accolade in Muscat
The shortlisted nominees for the Engineer of the Year category at the Construction Week Oman Awards 2020 have been unveiled.
The award for engineer of the year will go to the engineer who can demonstrate the greatest impact on his or her construction-related business in the past 12 months.
Al Tasnim Group’s project engineer Jeevan Doifode has been applauded for working to ensure that the construction team worked towards achieving the LEED Platinum requirements.
The second nominee is KEO International Consultants’ senior electrical engineer Rajkumar Dhar for possessing an understanding of design principles and the skill to deal with problems as they occur.
The final person shortlisted for the award is Tenable Fire Engineering Consultancy’s fire engineer Sultan S. Al Maskri for reducing construction costs by using the best engineering practices and judgements on its flagship project, the Muscat International Airport Passenger Terminal Building.
