The company was speaking about the importance of delivering quality-focused services, at a ceremony commemorating Jebel Ali Free Zone’s (Jafza) 25th anniversary recently where it picked up the ‘Distinguished Partner' award by Jafza.

The UAE-based company said there was a need to enhance quality standards to sustain the continued growth of the FM industry in the GCC which, the company said, was worth $15 billion.

"Imdaad continues to develop genuinely sustainable and cost-efficient solutions that are vital to the long-term growth aspirations of high-profile clients such as Jafza," said Jamal Abdulla Lootah, CEO, Imdaad.

"Moreover, we also invest heavily in human resource development and in acquiring key technology to address present and future requirements in the FM industry. We believe that this is the ideal strategy to help open more growth opportunities in the booming Gulf FM sector."

The award recognised Imdaad's excellence in delivering facilities management solutions, which have contributed to the continued success of Jafza as one of the fastest growing free zones in the world, the company said in a statement.

It has been the exclusive provider of FM solutions at Jafza, in a partnership that has benefited over 6,400 companies operating in the free zone.
