Sorouh shortlists six for Saraya project

The real estate company has chosen six contractors for its $952mn Saraya project in Abu Dhabi.

Six contractors have been shortlisted by Sorouh Real Estate for the infrastructure package at the $952 million Saraya project in Abu Dhabi.

The six include Al Jaber Transport and General Contracting, Saif bin Darwish, Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi and Sons, Al Geemi and Partners Contracting Company, Copri Construction Enterprises and Orascom Contracting Industries - Fujairah.

Saraya will consist of 28 residential and commercial towers and a hotel. The properties are spread over a vast waterside site covering 125,000 square metres, and are set to enhance the visual appeal of the UAE capital's Corniche and to improve perceptions of the city.
