A Japanese architect has completed a a project in Tokyo where each floor is connected by a slide.

The house, in the city's Nakameguro District, is three storeys high and also served by a staircase, for those who don't want to use the slides.

The living areas are located on the first floor and lead out to a double-height terrace, which also doubles up as a ball pen for children to play in.

Level Architects was asked by the client to create a house which the children would have fond memories of.
