Manara to build 3,845 houses in projects underway across Bahrain

Bahrain has a need for affordable housing schemes, says Manara.
Bahrain has a need for affordable housing schemes, says Manara.

Manara Developments will construct 3,845 housing units in various projects across Bahrain over the next five years, said MD Dr Hasan Al Bastaki.

Tubli Gardens is currently under construction, with “other phases to be launched in the near future considering the high demand for the first phase,” said Dr. Al Bastaki.

Manara’s biggest project to date is Janayin Al Hamala, which will offer different choices of housing units, including detached and semi-detached villas, in a phased development.

Other projects under development in the Muharraq Governorate are Wahat Al Muharraq, near Qalali, and The Bridge, close to Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Causeway.

Kenaz Al Bahrain is being developed specifically for middle-income facilities, and will be located in Jiblat Habashi, only one avenue from the Ishbiliya project. Basic infrastructure is currently underway for Darari, located close to Durrat Al Bahrain.

“This diversity is a sign of Manara’s exceptional abilities to manage such a large number of projects timeously and without compromising on quality,” said Dr Al Bastaki.

He added that affordability was the main goal of the company, which “will offer alternative affordable finance, taking into account size and flexibility in redesigning units according to specific requirements.”
