Handover has commenced at the $30m Rufi Gardens at the Central Business District of International City in Dubai, reports developer Rufi Real Estate.

The project is a G+10 building complex with two basement parking levels. It comprises 160 studio, one- and two-bedroomed apartments, plus five retail shops on the ground floor.

Amenities include a gymnasium, swimming pool, children’s play area and separate steam and sauna room for men and women. The rooftop area has been converted into an open-air recreational facility for residents.

Work on the project commenced in 2007, with completion in December last year. Commenting on the handover, Rameez Rufi, VP of Rufi Real Estate, said: “This completion marks a milestone for us as it is proof of our commitment towards our investors.”
