SATCO inks $107m Taima housing deal for 776 homes

Deal covers 60 hectare community in Saudi's northwestern region

Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction Company (SATCO) has signed a $107m deal to build 776 new homes in Taima, 400km north of Medina .

The deal was penned by Housing Minister Shuwaish Al-Dowaihi, and will cover a 641,300m2 plot – with two types of houses: one covering 500m2 and the other 272m2.Each home will have two floors, four bedrooms, a sitting room, a dining hall, a living room, a kitchen, four toilets and a servant room.

The project also includes a community centre, two schools, three mosques and four recreational centres.
