Etisalat FM appoints ServeU for soft services

EFM keen to enhance range of services confirms general manager

ServeU has joined forces with Etisalat Facilities Management (EFM) for provisions of soft services across eFM’s portfolio.

EFM's general manager Mustafa Al Ateek said following the devlopment of a strong portfolio of clients, EFM is in the right position to enhance its range of services.

"As a key player within the facility management space in the UAE, ServeU has the right service mix and capabilities to complement eFM’s integrated model for the provision of specialised soft services to our clients," said Al Ateek.

"EFM’s strategy is to implement the latest technology in the facility management business supported by the best in-house soft services solutions which we are aiming to provide through our partnership with ServeU. These solutions in combination with our existing hard services, energy management and security solutions, eFM is well positioned to emerge as a clear leader in facility management," he added.
