Dulsco has launched a new waste management facility in Abu Dhabi’s Mussafah area following a growth in the number of people living and working in the region.

While Dulsco has operated in Abu Dhabi for a while now, this latest launch is a further step in its mission to expand in the capital, Al Ain and the Western Region; a move designed to bolster waste recycling and handling in these areas.

"Dulsco has been working with many government and high-profile private sector clients in Abu Dhabi for a long time now. By opening the Mussafah facility, we can now better serve the needs of our customers in the region," said Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla, chairman, Dulsco, who inaugurated the facility in the presence of other senior officials.

Prakash Parab, director of Dulsco Waste Management Services, added: "Other than hosting our day-to-day operations, the facility will also promote our eco-friendly philosophy and create awareness about our safe and innovative recycling technologies.

With this landmark initiative, we are now closer than ever before to our customers in Abu Dhabi."
