A commercial development in Dubai offering ‘boutique’ offices and shops to cater for the latest trend of high demand and limited supply has been delivered in Arjan in Dubailand, reports Diamond Developers.

Harbor Real Estate, a leading integrated real-estate brokerage and property-management group, has been appointed to manage the marketing, leasing and selling of the offices at the complex.

It comprises 168 commercial offices, ranging from 67.7m2 to 122m2, and 27 commercial shops over three buildings.

Eng. Faris Saeed, head of Diamond Developers, said: “Diamond Business Centre offers a variety of small boutique offices and shops that have high demand and limited supply.

"Most of the office units currently available in the non-free zone Dubai office market are catering for the medium or large office market only.”

The demand for small offices and shops is expected to increase during the next three years, as companies and investors identify improved commercial spaces that offer limited investment exposure and high quality.
