Saraya and Kazemir Aktau's mixed-use deal

Jordanian real estate development and asset management company Saraya has joined forces with Kazakhstan's Kazemir Aktau to establish a mixed-use development at Aktau City on the Caspian Sea.

Jordanian real estate development and asset management company Saraya has joined forces with Kazakhstan's Kazemir Aktau to establish a mixed-use development at Aktau City on the Caspian Sea.

Saraya Aktau will be made up of a five-star hotel, villas and a spa with a beachfront of 650 metres. The design phase for the project will begin
before the end of the year, with an expected opening in 2011.
