CWQ Awards: Atkins wins Consultant of the Year

Consultant praised for consistent support to the National Vision 2030

The Consultant of the Year Award at the CW Qatar Awards 2012 went to Atkins. A total of 13 awards were presented at the high-profile event held at the Grand Hyatt in Doha last night, attended by 300 people.

EMCO senior sales manager Anil Saraf presented the award to Atkins Middle East & Atkins MD Terry Bradbury.

Arab Engineering Bureau was Highly Commended by the judges for having "consistently improved its consulting techniques through tried-and-tested measures."

The judges declared that Atkins "is seen to be providing local value and consistent support to the National Vision 2030 by not only introducing new technologies to the market, but also ensuring that constant levels of communication are maintained.

"Its high levels of commitment given by senior staff are a testament to the company's long-term position in Qatar, inevitably reflected in its consistent levels of growth."

Bradbury commented: "We have been in Qatar ten years' now, and have seen significant growth in that space of time. This award is recognition of that.

"Qatar is a fantastic place to, and it is exciting to be part of the massive growth implicit in that market. We would also like to extend our thanks to our clients for their commitment to us," said Bradbury.
