The Architecture Firm of the Year Award at the CW Qatar Awards 2012 went to Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB). A total of 13 awards were presented at the high-profile event held at the Grand Hyatt in Doha last night, attended by 300 people.

The award was presented by Raphael Khlat, managing director of Faisal Jassim Trading Company, to AEB's general manager Uday Kumar.

The judges declared that AEB "has not only had a longstanding history servicing local clients, but more recently international ones as well."

Kumar said the award "was a reflection of the range of projects that AEB was involved in, which in turn was a reflection of how vibrant and diverse the Qatar market was."
