Greenline Interiors (GLI) has been awarded the interiors fit-out works of the five-star Fairmont Hotel located at Business Gate, Riyadh.

The contract comprises 301 king, twin, two-bay, four-bay suites, royal suites, a presidential suite, gold lounge, corridors and lift lobbies.

GLI was also awarded the fixtures, furniture and equipment (FF&E) works package, including loose furniture and soft furnishings.

Designed by LW design, a king suite mock-up built in GLI's premises has allowed for collaborative work between client, designer, operator, and contractor to achieve the desired final product.

"Our company has a proven track record in terms of high-quality craftsmanship, large regional project portfolio and a skilled experienced workforce," said GLI chairman and CEO Samir Badro.

"The potential of the Saudi market is immense, given the size and pace at which development is currently taking place, making GLI a major player in the Saudi market for years to come."

GLI's project portfolio in Saudi includes, among others, the Royal Family Rawda palace and Princess Norah Bint Abdul Rahman University (PNU).
