MAF Dalkia has secured a contract with Standard Chartered Bank, to provide integrated services management for the bank’s network of offices, branches and ATMs across the UAE.

The three-year contract will include a full scope of works encompassing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services; Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) services, and supporting services which includes cleaning, reception, internal moving and more for all of the bank's locations.

“The Standard Chartered Bank contract gives further credibility to MAF Dalkia’s position as a trusted and reliable provider of multi-technical and supporting services within the banking and financial sector, adding to its existing portfolio of clients including Banque Saudi Fransi and Saudi Investment Bank in Saudi Arabia,” said Alexandre Mussallam, CEO of MAF Dalkia.

“We should implement in the very near future energy conservation measurements that have been identified to support the bank's objectives towards sustainable practices and environment preservation," he added.

This contract further adds to MAF Dalkia’s expanding portfolio of clients, covering the commercial, residential, telecommunications, healthcare, airports, education and now banking and finance sectors across the United Arab Emirates and Middle East region.
