Parsons appoints aviation regional manager to Doha
Firm hires Khaled Naja fresh from overseeing $6.6bn programme of works
Parsons has appointed Khaled Naja as vice president and area manager for its aviation division, operating out of the firm’s offices in Doha, Qatar.
He will also serve as the deputy program director for the New Doha International Airport North Terminal Project.
Prior to joining Parsons, he was the chief operating officer for the Chicago department of aviation, where he had managerial oversight on the design and construction of work at the both O’Hare and Midway International Airports, including the $6.6bn O’Hare modernisation programme.
Naja has a total of 15 years of experience in infrastructure operations, maintenance, and construction management.
“We are especially glad to have Khaled on our team for of his innovative approach to programme management,” said Todd Wager, Parsons group president. “His breadth of experience will support our aviation needs from program planning through to construction and on into active operations.”
Naja holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from Pennsylvania State University.
